Quick Bug Fix Update

CHANGES:

• Fixes Numerous Bugs
  • Removed Developer Debug Options
    • Generating Caves with the "M" key
    • Spawning Items
    • Building Structures that are not implemented yet
• World Border
  • Now when you get close to the world border you will receive a warning, and if you ignore it... well... Do not ignore it!
• Added 2 Ambient Sounds and some UI and other SFX
  • Peaceful Ocean Waves Ambience
  • Creepy Cave Ambience
  • Menu Option Clicks
  • Item Pickup (still testing, so it may not work on all items)
